BROOKVILLE’S HISTORIC TAVERN.

The old cabin hidden inside this building has stood in Brookville for generations. Over the years, these walls have been known as Union House, Ye Olde Shack, Canal House, Crazy Dogs, and more — evolving alongside the town around it.

Travelers stayed upstairs. Locals gathered downstairs. Stories accumulated faster than anyone could keep track of them.

Today, Hilltop continues that tradition with cold drinks, good food, live music, and a place for people to stay a while.

Before it was Hilltop, it was already legendary.

For most of his life, Nick has been the guy supporting everyone else — husband, dad, coach, mentor, friend.

The grandson of Italian immigrants, he grew up believing the best moments in life happen around a crowded table, intentional food, good drinks, and loud conversation.

After spending the last twenty years pouring into others, Hilltop is his chance to build something of his own. Not a fancy restaurant. Just a damn good place for people to eat, drink and be merry.
